Emotional Wellbeing Program (Year 5 & 6)

The emotional wellbeing program is an in class psycho-educational program that opens up the dialogue around emotional wellbeing and teaches young people a range of skills and coping strategies to deal with strong emotions. These strategies include mindfulness and self soothing techniques, growth mindset and knowing when and which adults to reach out to for help.
